M&E Coordinator / Engineer
M&E Coordinator / Engineer
Plan, coordinate, and oversee Mechanical & Electrical works across construction projects — ensuring timely, compliant, and well-coordinated delivery from site execution to project completion.
Responsibilities
- Plan, control, and coordinate Mechanical & Electrical works on site
- Attend and conduct site coordination and progress meetings
- Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed according to timeline
- Liaise with consultants and authorities on M&E matters for project completion
- Ensure implementation of relevant policies, procedures, and work instructions
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ working experience in M&E works or related construction field
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD, M&E design knowledge, contracts, and costing
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills
- Good time management with ability to meet project deadlines
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage
- Willing to travel as required

Project Manager (Industrial Projects)
Project Manager
Lead the full delivery of large-scale industrial construction projects — from mobilisation and site execution through to completion, handover, and client acceptance.
Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for project delivery, including site execution, cost, quality, safety, and programme performance
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day construction activities to ensure timely project completion
- Manage clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead site coordination meetings and resolve technical, commercial, and operational issues proactively
- Oversee project budgets, progress claims, variations, procurement, and contractual matters
- Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and Malaysian building regulations
- Identify project risks early and implement practical solutions to minimise delays, cost overruns, and disputes
- Drive successful project handover, including testing, commissioning, documentation, and authority approvals
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in main-contractor construction project delivery, preferably in industrial, warehouse, factory, or design-and-build projects
- Proven track record managing projects from start to completion
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, contract administration, cost control, site coordination, and safety compliance
- Familiar with Malaysian building codes, authority requirements, CIDB standards, and project approval processes
- Able to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage consultants, subcontractors, and clients confidently
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in project planning, reporting, Microsoft Office, and relevant construction/project management tools
- Willing to travel or be based on project sites as required

Purchasing Executive
Purchasing Executive
Support the procurement function for construction projects by sourcing materials, managing suppliers, controlling purchasing costs, and ensuring timely delivery to project sites.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily purchasing activities to support project requirements and site operations
- Source construction materials, compare quotations, negotiate pricing, and secure cost-effective purchasing terms
- Evaluate and manage suppliers based on pricing, quality consistency, delivery reliability, and service performance
- Coordinate with project teams, site personnel, suppliers, and internal departments on order status, delivery schedules, and cost control matters
- Prepare purchase orders, procurement records, supplier documentation, and purchasing reports accurately and on time
- Work closely with the Head of Department to support procurement planning, cost-saving initiatives, and supplier performance improvement
- Ensure all purchasing activities are carried out with proper documentation, compliance, ethics, and professionalism
Requirements
- SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ purchasing experience, preferably within the construction or building industry
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, purchasing documentation, and cost control
- Good negotiation, coordination, administrative, and follow-up skills
- Able to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced project environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with suppliers, site teams, and internal departments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage
