Mr. Yukio Fujimoto
Executive Chairman
Mr Yukio Fujimoto has served as Executive Chairman of SQA Builders since the company's incorporation. A graduate of Waseda University in architecture (1967) and a licensed first-class architect, he brings more than five decades of construction experience — the majority of it with Sato Kogyo Co., Ltd., one of Japan's leading general contractors.
Over his career he has delivered projects across Malaysia, Singapore, Iran, and Saudi Arabia. In Malaysia, he served as General Manager of Sato Kogyo (M) Sdn Bhd — the local subsidiary of Sato Kogyo, with annual turnover of approximately RM400 million — directing its projects from 1973.
Mr. San Mun Keong
Chief Executive Officer
Mr San Mun Keong is the Chief Executive Officer of SQA Builders, responsible for the company's operational and technical functions. He has worked in construction since 1979, bringing more than four decades of experience across project execution, site operations, technical coordination, and construction management.
As CEO, Mr San drives the effective delivery of SQA's projects, with a focus on operational efficiency, technical quality, and meeting programme. His depth of site and engineering experience anchors the company's construction activity and shapes how its projects are run on site.
Mr. Justin HD Vu
Director
Mr Justin HD Vu is Director of Business Development and Contracts at SQA Builders, responsible for international client relationships and the company's contractual matters. He brings more than 25 years across the financial services, commercial, and property sectors, and holds a Bachelor of Economics in Finance and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance.
Australian-trained, he began his career in funds and asset management in Sydney before moving into property in Brisbane. At SQA, that finance and commercial background underpins his work on business development, strategic client relationships, and contracts — and supports the company's international business activity.
